
Call for papers : Submission is closed
APBC2022 invites high quality original full papers on any topic related to bioinformatics and computational biology. The submitted papers must have not been published or under the consideration for publication in any other journal or conference with formal proceedings. All accepted papers will have to be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
Papers are solicited on, but not limited to, the following topics:
- Sequencing and genotyping technology and applications
- Gene regulation, transcriptomics and epigenomics
- Comparative and evolutionarygenomics
- Epigenetics and populationgenetics
- RNA and protein analyses
- Network biology and systemsbiology
- Bioimaging and health informatics
- Complex diseases and cancergenetics
- Structural bioinformatics and multiscale modelling
Instruction for authors:
The author should follow general format provided by the Journal editorial office to format the article for online submission. However, APBC2022 PC chairs may assign your submission to a different Journal and ask you to reformat your paper.

Accepted papers:
- All accepted papers will have to be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
- Accepted papers will be invited to be published in BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, BMC Medical Genomics, IEEE/ACM TCBB and Computational Biology and Chemistry following each journal’s publication policy
- Submitting two or more papers to the conference is permitted. However, each author can only present one paper in the conference.
